Making a Phenomenal Evidence Report Our objective is to identify and study etheric to physical phenomena that in some way indicates personal survival after bodily death. Such evidence might be in the form of a photograph, a meaningful message via some form of spirit communication or an extraordinary event. By extraordinary, we mean such events as a table levitating before witnesses or a particularly well documented apportation. Evidential examples of these phenomena are very important in that they provide a means of studying the nature of the greater reality. It is true that little can be done with most individual examples. For instance, a photograph that contains an extra (a person who was not physically in the scene) is, by itself, difficult to study from our vantage. You, of course, could help in such a case by studying the history associated with the location in which the photograph was taken and possibly trying to identify the person. However, the addition of such a picture to the existing database gives us information that helps us better understand all of these phenomena. As you will see in the guidelines below, we require supporting evidence and some form of validation from a second person. A completed report form accompanying the example will help us maintain a record of the report. The remainder of this page will be completed as soon as the phenomena reporting policy has been reviewed.
