Department of Phenomenal Evidence Monthly Reports

The Directors of the Department of Phenomenal Evidence (DPE) are required to provide the NSAC Officers and churches a monthly report concerning nonphysical phenomena in the Spiritualist church and the world.  This report has evolved into a monthly review of developments in phenomena that often provides interesting insight into the relationship between Humankind and Spirit.
